Dr. Earthman is a Psychiatrist and Addiction medicine specialist.  He currently sees clients at his outpatient office in Cedar Park, Texas.  Clients are limited to 18 years of age or older.

Insurance information

Dr Earthman is an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:  United Behavioral Health, Seton Health Plan, Aetna Healthcare, and Integrated Behavioral Health. 

We are happy to accept patients from other insurance companies, but please be aware that if we are not an in-network provider with your insurance company payment will be due at the time of service.  We will provide you with a receipt of payment and claim form that you can mail to your insurance company for reimbursement.  

We encourage all patients to call their insurance companies periodically so you are aware of what your individual benefits are including # of sessions allowed per year, deductibles, and payments due at the time of service.  

We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
