Our regular office hours are:
- Monday: 9 am to 4 pm
- Tuesday: 9 am to 4 pm
- Wednesday 9 am to 4 pm
- Thursday: 9 am to 12:00 pm (tele-health only)
Dr. Earthman is not available outside of his normal office hours. The office is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and most federal holidays.

At Earthman Psychiatry & Addiction Medicine, we currently accept the following behavioral health insurance plans:

We are able to work with many other insurances on a case by case basis.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact our billing specialists at (512) 528-9498.
If you need a refill of your current prescription please contact your pharmacy 7-10 days prior to running out of your medication and have them send an electronic refill request to Dr. Earthman. He will typically review and approve/deny all electronic refill requests by the end of each business day. Please keep in mind that we are closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and most Federal Holidays.
Prescription refill requests sent by fax or voicemail will typically take longer to process than electronic refill requests.
If you are taking a stimulant medication for ADHD you must call or text our office at (512) 528-9498, and leave a message with your name and medication that you need refilled. Dr. Earthman will the send an electronic prescription to your pharmacy for you to pick up the next day.
